Sorxi Legal Pack — Glossary of Defined Terms

These definitions are shared by every document in the Sorxi legal pack. Capitalized terms used in any document have the meaning given here.

• Sorxi, we, us, our — Sorxi LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company.
• Service — the Sorxi One platform, the website at sorxi.com, and the Sorxi application, including the Workbench, the Content, and Get Backup.
• Workbench — the educational AI-safety tools within the Service: Prep, Process, and Build.
• Output — machine-generated material produced by the Workbench in response to a User.
• Content — Sorxi's educational materials, including articles, Quick Checks, Ready Kits, and frameworks.
• Deliverable — the final customized work produced through a paid Get Backup engagement or an Organization engagement. A paid Content kit is Content, not a Deliverable.
• Get Backup — the paid service through which a User can request help from a human Expert.
• Continuing Education Activity — an activity Sorxi designates as approved California continuing education under its approval by the California Board of Registered Nursing (Provider #18249), governed by the Continuing Education Participant Policy. No other part of the Service carries continuing-education credit or contact hours.
• Contact hour — the unit of continuing-education credit awarded by a Continuing Education Activity, calculated at 60 minutes of instruction per contact hour.
• Sorxi Expert Nurse, Expert — a licensed nurse who provides Get Backup help. "Expert" is the short form.
• User, you — an individual who accesses or uses the Service.
• Client, Organization — an entity that provisions the Service for its people or contracts with Sorxi for an engagement.
• Organization Agreement — the master business-to-business agreement between Sorxi and an Organization.
• Order Form — an ordering document executed under the Organization Agreement that specifies the products, quantities, term, and fees for a given Organization.
• Protected Health Information (PHI) — individually identifiable health information, as defined at 45 CFR 160.103.
• Data Processing Addendum (DPA) — the addendum governing Sorxi's processing of non-PHI personal data on an Organization's behalf.
• Business Associate Agreement (BAA) — a HIPAA agreement that must be in effect before Sorxi handles any PHI; not in effect at launch.
• Subprocessor — a third-party service provider that processes data on Sorxi's behalf to operate the Service.
• Subscription — the paid, recurring, all-tools plan.
• Free Tier — the metered no-cost tier of the Service.
